Vintage

It was early in April and  we were fortunate to host a family reunion.  The weather was perfect, sunny but not too hot.  We had hunted for Easter eggs and eaten our delicious meal.  While the little kids were running in the fields,  Sarah and I hunted through my mother’s house looking for some retro accessories for a spontaneous photo shoot.  Sarah’s dress reminded me of the classic early 60′s frocks from Mad Men.  So we gave her the make up to match, bright lips and heavy eye liner.   Voila, what better prop for a vintage shoot, than a VINTAGE CAR!  My dad’s Morgan +8 is a favorite for everyone in the family.  He pulled it out from storage probably intending for someone to drive it.  But instead we photographed it.  Sarah is a natural.  She rocks the shots with ease.
